Successful Completion of the Course "Current Issues in Enabling Technologies for Circular Economy" by LUT University
From March 3 to April 20, 2025, students of the Dnipro University of Technology had the opportunity to take part in the academic course “Current Issues in Enabling Technologies for Circular Economy”, organized by LUT University (Finland) within the framework of the EdUp project, supported by the Erasmus+ programme. This online course aimed to introduce students to the key modern technologies that support the development of a circular economy, sustainable resource management, and the implementation of environmental innovations. The course was delivered in a convenient remote format via the Moodle platform. It was implemented as part of Work Package WP4 – Capacity Building in E-Education of the EdUp project, which focuses on strengthening the potential of Ukrainian higher education through access to European educational practices. Participants of the course acquired valuable theoretical knowledge and practical skills, including: 🔹 Analysis of modern material processing technologies in the context of a circular economy 🔹 Assessment of the effectiveness of eco-friendly solutions for resource reuse 🔹 Application of eco-design principles in technical and production processes The course brought together undergraduate and graduate students from Dnipro University of Technology. Upon successful completion, all participants received European certificates, confirming their newly acquired competencies in the field of circular economy.
